Abstrak
<p>More than ten years ago, I was visited by a persuasive Air Force captain, an able young instructor at the Air Force Academy, Edgar F. Puryear, Jr., who asked my assistance in interviewing a number of Army officers concerning leadership qualities exhibited by certain key leaders of the Second World War.</p>
